Your Role :
- Support our internal F&B projects by preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications across teams.
- Maintain databases, supplier lists, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in sourcing, comparing, and organizing quotes and specifications for operational services and equipment.
- Participate in planning and follow-up of F&B initiatives, training, and new opening processes.
- Collaborate with procurement, HR, marketing, and operations teams to support cross-functional projects.
- Ensure proper filing and version control of operational manuals, menus, checklists, and procedures.
- Conduct market research or benchmarking tasks to aid strategic planning.

What You Bring :
A degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is advantageous.Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Google Workspace, communication, and project management tools is beneficial.Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.A proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.An interest in hospitality and understanding of food & beverage operations is desirable.
