Electoral Project Coordinator

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Electoral Project Coordinator. This exciting opportunity is part of the EU-funded EOM 2026 project, which aims to strengthen democratisation, good governance, and conflict prevention in electoral processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to reducing fraud, manipulation, and intimidation in elections, while improving the legal framework and conduct of future elections. This will inform European institutions on the conduct of elections in selected third countries.

This role requires a strong understanding of election management bodies, familiarity with national election frameworks, and experience in electoral systems administration. The ideal candidate will have a Master's in law / political science / international relations or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in elections / electoral assistance, human rights, democratisation, rule of law / civil society.

Key Responsibilities :

• Contribute to strengthening democratisation, good governance, and conflict prevention in electoral processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce fraud, manipulation, and intimidation in elections.
• Work closely with European institutions to improve the legal framework and conduct of future elections.
• Provide expert advice on election management bodies and national election frameworks.
