Main Responsibilities :

• Advise on day-to-day business decisions, reviewing contracts from a commercial perspective, considering the regulatory framework worldwide.
• Coordinate with other functions (e.g., Tax, Compliance, HR, IT Security) to provide aligned and comprehensive advice.
• Review and reshape current workflows to align with the fast-paced and evolving environment.
