Marketing & Sales

We are looking for a Trade Marketing (Activación punto de venta) to join our Sales team in our Bolton Spain Business Unit based in Madrid.

This position is crucial for Bolton as it will lead the relationship with our customers.

Business Intelligence :

Gather and present in a user-friendly way all the data sharing info available.

Extract learnings from the data sharing currently available.

Point of Sales Execution :

Monthly summary reporting our brand’s in-store performance based on available data gathered at the point of sale by our externalized Sales reps.

Provide Sales reps with persuasive selling materials.

Become the owner of the full process for point-of-sale materials across all BE brands (only for the Trade Marketing related tasks).

Lead the overall development of PoS big events.

Control and shipment of the PoS materials needed by the Sell Out team.

Integrated within the Sales team you will be reporting to the Sales Director.

Bachelor's degree in business administration or economics.

Work Experience : minimum experience of 2-3 years in sales and / or Trade Marketing in a multinational FMCG company in Spain.

Technical Skills : high level of Microsoft office (Excel and Power Point).

Overall knowledge of the Spanish top accounts in Retail (Hyper, Super and C&C channel).

Local language : proficiency in Spanish and intermediate English level is required.
