Role : We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing Graduate to join our dynamic team based in Madrid.
This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates with a strong interest in social media, press relations and events who's eager to apply their creativity and skills in a real-world setting.
You will be an active member of a professional and dynamic team in Madrid. You will receive on-the-job training and guided mentoring from our highly experienced team in Spain while having access to global markets, trade events, and most importantly, career building opportunities.
We believe in fostering the next generation of talent. You will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of our world-class marketing programmes, promoting the island of Ireland.
Note : This placement may involve some travel and work outside normal business hours.
Support the Publicity Executive in the implementation of an integrated PR communications plan by :
Support with uploading regular content to our Media Room website
Support with media requests for information
Support with organising media visits for local bloggers / journalists / influencers
Support with recording of clippings for KPI reporting
Support the Spanish team to support content development for consumer, PR and trade channels maximising use of digital platforms, including Canva.
Assist the team with the coordination of the Marketing Opportunities Spain programme on the industry opportunities website; work, as part of the team, with industry partners to facilitate opportunities on our social media channels and prepare follow-up reports.
Support the Business Partnerships executive with trade events organisation.
Ensure adherence to the company's GDPR compliance policies and procedures in respect of your area of work.
Represent Tourism Ireland at various industry, press and corporate events. Such other duties as the company may from time to time reasonably require.
The Person Essential
Completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree within the last 3 years, in a relevant field such as Marketing, PR, Communication, Business, or Journalism.
Fluent English and Spanish, both oral and written, is required.
The legal right to live and work in Spain for the full duration of the internship.
Proficient in MS Office.
