What We’re Looking ForBreezeway is hiring for an Implementation & Onboarding Specialist to join our team and have an immediate impact on our client's onboarding experience.
This role will focus on implementation for our EMEA clients and needs to be fluent in English and French.

This position is an outstanding opportunity for a smart, energetic, self-motivated person who enjoys delivering results, working independently, and contributing to a growing team.This role is a fully remote role but must be based in Spain.What You’ll DoWork collaboratively with Sales and Client Experience teams to ensure the efficient implementation of new client accounts, ensuring synchronization across departments.Manage the client’s experience by conducting training sessions to educate the client on best practices to succeed using Breezeway.Actively monitor and manage the onboarding health across new client implementations, ensuring that all timelines and milestones are consistently met.Ensure adherence to best practices by performing quality assurance through reviewing recordings and documentation of client interactions.Proactively create, coordinate, and implement new ideas to improve the onboarding process.Contribute to a positive team environment of collaboration, customer empathy, equality, and inclusion.Troubleshoot client issues to resolution or escalate to the appropriate resource.Educate clients on how to leverage our tools to simplify their complex workflows.Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Product to turn valuable client feedback into practical product improvements.Develop domain expertise in property care and a deep understanding of client needs.Who You AreAble to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proven track record of creative problem-solving and attention to detail.Adaptable and flexible in response to change.Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasksYou contribute to a positive team environment of collaboration, customer empathy, equality, and inclusion.Based in SpainWhat You’ll Bring2+ years of relevant experience in implementation or project management.Experience in Technology or SaaS companyFluency in French and EnglishProven track record for creative problem-solving for clients.Able to navigate CRM software and web-based tools effectively.A strong understanding of Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and quick-to-learn technology integrations.A strong understanding of Excel, with expert proficiency in conditional formatting, VLOOKUP, using shortcuts and formula functions, and sorting and filtering data.
