Main Responsibilities

Deep understanding of

Ibiza

and its prime areas to effectively list properties in key locations.

Collect and verify all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements, ensuring company commission policies are applied.

Build and maintain strong client relationships with proactive, professional communication.

Manage assigned clients from initial contact through to deal completion — and beyond.

Keep our CRM up to date with client requirements and maintain your personal database aligned with commercial goals and activity.

What We’re Looking For

Solid experience in the real estate sector, with specific knowledge of

Ibiza ’s market and main neighborhoods.

Strong business understanding of real estate, legal, and financial processes.

Advanced level of English, Spanish, and

Dutch

Professional, polished, and confident — with excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation, and a drive to achieve outstanding results.

Financially and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in an international team.

Proactive, organized, and ready to take initiative with a hands-on, “can-do” attitude.

Exceptional standards of customer service, ideally experienced with demanding national and international clients.
