The Opportunity

As an Infrastructure Specialist , you will join the Infrastructure team supporting some of the largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in Europe.

Your mission is to ensure the design, administration and reliability of all systems that support production processes, from core IT services to industrial OT infrastructure. You will be part of a team responsible for maintaining the availability and robustness of platforms that are critical to manufacturing continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, administration and maintenance of virtual environments (VMware ESXi / vSphere)
• Management of Microsoft Active Directory services (AD-DS, AD-CS, AD-LDS, DNS, DHCP, DFS) and Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
• Administration and support of Microsoft Windows Server 2019 and later
• Management of remote desktop infrastructures (Terminal Server / RDS, RD-GW, VDI)
• Operation of backup platforms (e.g., ArcServe, Veeam)
• Administration of storage infrastructures, including hyperconverged systems (e.g., vSAN with Dell EMC technologies)
• Basic understanding of switching and firewall technologies, with the ability to perform simple tasks
• Troubleshooting and resolution of Level 2 incidents, including coordination with the broader Infrastructure team
• Understanding client needs, identifying technical improvement opportunities, and contributing to the evolution of infrastructure solutions
• Supporting the design and optimization of robust, scalable architectures for industrial environments
