Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Labor Relations Manager to join the HR team of a leading international retail company. Based in Málaga, you will play a key role in managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting people integration during mergers and acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities Manage relationships with labor unions and works councils.
Oversee payroll-related labor aspects and ensure alignment with current regulations.
Negotiate and implement collective bargaining agreements.
Provide guidance on labor law and compliance to internal stakeholders.
Support integration processes during M&A transactions from a labor / legal perspective.
Collaborate with HR leadership to foster a positive and legally sound work environment.
Requirements Minimum 8 years of experience in labor relations, ideally within large or multinational organizations.
Strong expertise in labor law and regulatory compliance in Spain.
Proven experience in union negotiations and collective agreements.
Solid exposure to M&A processes, particularly people integration.
Previous international experience and ability to work in cross-border HR environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
