Overview We are creating a new team in Plytix that we call Business Intelligence. It includes Finance, Revenue Operations, AI Automations Specialists, and Data Analysts. We're looking for someone to lead that team along with all their projects.
The Head of BI will report directly to the CEO and help design and implement business-critical processes, as well as establish a new foundation for business intelligence that will make Plytix even more data-driven.
What is Plytix?
Plytix is the world's leading Product Information Management (PIM) platform for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Plytix PIM helps companies store and organize product information ranging from descriptions and images to prices, and other specifications, in one place. Essentially, it's a handy tool that makes managing and updating product data a whole lot easier.
About our culture
This is where you'd typically see a long paragraph of boring text that no one reads, peppered with corporate buzzwords that don't mean anything. But, Plytix is no typical company, so we'll spare you that. Instead, watch this video, and if you like what you see, keep scrolling.

In this role, you'll have the autonomy to redesign processes, implement best practices, and lead a cross-functional team with the goal of scaling sustainably. As a people leader, you'll coach, develop, and motivate your team to reach their full potential—while making a tangible impact on the company's growth. You'll also spearhead the creation of our enterprise data warehouse, ensuring that our data is structured, accessible, and ready to power every decision.

6 months in :
Become the go-to owner for operations, data, and budgeting. Achieve smooth processes, high team performance, and a fully live data warehouse providing a single source of truth. Balance initiative with hands-off leadership when appropriate.
Who will you be working with?
