Are you ready to lead a high-performing sales team and drive operational excellence? We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and take ownership of our site sales operations. In this role, you’ll lead, inspire, and manage a team of sales managers to exceed targets, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and optimize operational processes.

What You’ll Do

• Own the overall site sales forecast and oversee all operational activities.
• Lead a team of Sales Managers, coaching and guiding them to surpass client targets and achieve business goals.
• Monitor key sales functions, provide guidance, set objectives, and ensure compliance.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying process gaps, recommending improvements, and implementing solutions.
• Analyze local market needs, resolve issues proactively, and minimize operational risks.
• Manage team growth and build a world-class talent pool.
• Oversee project activities to achieve quarterly and annual sales revenue targets.
• Evaluate and train team leaders, ensuring consistent performance monitoring.
• Collaborate regularly with client stakeholders, marketing, and OCP to maintain alignment and drive results.
