• Serve as subject-matter expert in European employment law, liaising with external counsel

• Implement compliant HR policies across multiple jurisdictions
• Deliver data-driven insights supporting engagement, performance, and compliance
• Prepare dashboards and reports on employee relations metrics and HR effectiveness
