We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to play a key role in driving sales by providing technical support and expertise during the pre-sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our solutions to prospective clients
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our offering and competitive advantages
- Collaborate with departments such as Product, Integrations, Payroll, and Customer Success to design solutions and relay feedback
- Contribute to providing technical responses to RFPs & RFIs
- Provide technical expertise and support during the entire sales cycle, including post-sale handoff to the implementation team
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably within Global Payroll, HR and SaaS industriesStrong technical acumen and the ability to quickly learn and articulate new ideasExcellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiencesMindset : Proactive self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environmentTeam Player - we are looking for someone that enjoys collaborating and working with peers on projectsThrives Under Pressure - we are looking for someone who is ready to deliver quickly and adept at thinking on their feet in a fast-paced settingNice to Have :
