Descripción del trabajoke : sts.Lead the creation of user-centric experiences that meet a high-quality, industry-leading stand ard.Partner with product managers to translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that lead to an intuitive user experie nce.Assist the Product Design Principal or Product Design Manager with managing the design work within a product space, ensuring there are clear and solid communications with other te ams.Validate designs with end users via common research best practices and techniq ues.Present designs and validated findings back to team members and stakeholders (internal and extern al).Evangelize systematization and reusability when designing your experiences, thinking of how you can lead the componentization and contribution of design decisions back to a design sys tem.Articulate the value of design in your daily work with others outside of des ign.Lead design talks and process improvement workshops in partnership with the Product Design Principal and Mana ger.Support development and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for prod uct.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior design ers.
