Role : Quality Assurance and Risk Manager

Do you love challenges? As Quality Assurance and Risk Manager, you will be responsible for :

• Collaborate with the NTT DATA regions on the risk assessment process for new and existing customer engagements, securing that SAP / SNOW specific risks are considered
• Provide feedback on the Deal Governance process to ensure that new projects and services will be delivered in accordance with the expected quality and standardization.
• Provide support to the Red / Amber projects to create and execute a Back to Green action plan, including internal management reporting.
• In case of customer escalations, together with the regions identify the right escalation path and support the regional de-escalation managers to implement the action to solve the root causes and de-escalate the customer
• Together with the regions, define the quality checks that could be required for SAP / SNOW specific services to secure quality, speed and profitability
