About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic

Head of Investments

to identify and secure new development opportunities for KAI across Spain. As we are growing fast, you will be at the forefront of this expansion, traveling to scout new sites, building relationships, and ensuring we maintain a strong pipeline of future projects.

Key

Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate

new project opportunities

across Spain. Build and maintain relationships with

landowners, agents, brokers, and local contacts . Conduct

initial feasibility analysis

(Excel-based). Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure opportunities align with KAI's vision of luxury and quality. Represent Kai with

energy, credibility, and professionalism

in the market.

What We're Looking For

Outgoing, energetic, proactive personality , passionate about real estate. Previous experience in

real estate development, land acquisition, or brokerage . Excel and analytical skills

for preliminary financial analysis. Willingness to

travel frequently

within Spain. Spanish native, fluent in

English .
