Our Mission?

To scale from 200 to 700 rooms in the next 5 years, backed by a €10M real estate acquisition credit line & €2M operational funding – and ultimately, to launch a €50M Flex-Living Investment Fund.

Location : Flexible (Spain / Southern Europe preferred) | Hybrid / Remote

Your Role :

We’re looking for a high-caliber Head of Real Estate Investments & Capital Raising to secure funding, expand our investor network, and drive strategic partnerships with private investors, family offices, and institutional funds.

Your Key Missions :

• Lead fundraising efforts for our €10M real estate expansion and €2M operational cash flow.
• Build and nurture relationships with HNWI, family offices, and real estate investors.
• Identify and secure off-market under value property deals for acquisition.
• Play a strategic role in structuring our future €50M Flex-Living Investment Fund.
• Position Palma Coliving as the go-to boutique coliving investment brand in Southern Europe.
