What You''ll Do :

As a Senior Account Strategist, you’ll partner with some of our largest clients in the Emerging DACH region to help them achieve their business objectives through data-driven digital marketing strategies. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, driving growth through strategic recommendations, campaign optimization, and deeper adoption of Criteo’s solutions. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced environment where your success will be measured by revenue growth, client satisfaction, and your ability to unlock new opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Build strong client partnerships : Become a trusted advisor by understanding client priorities and aligning them with Criteo’s solutions. Engage with stakeholders across multiple levels.
  • Drive growth : Develop strategies to upsell and expand product adoption in line with client objectives.
  • Optimize performance : Analyse campaign data to identify opportunities, improve results, and maximize revenue while balancing short- and long-term goals.
  • Prioritize impact : Manage your portfolio strategically, focusing on the most valuable opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally : Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution, troubleshoot issues, and deliver on client goals.
  • Analyse campaign performance data to ensure client objectives are met and identify opportunities for growth. Key KPIs include retargeting, acquisition, and retention metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal campaign management and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution, achievement of goals, and prompt resolution of technical issues.
  • Lead client engagements : Prepare and deliver tailored strategic meetings and business reviews, media plans, and optimization recommendations through virtual and in-person meetings.
  • Share insights : Identify and escalate key trends, challenges, and opportunities across industries and accounts.

Who You Are :

  • Experience & Knowledge
  • Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and competitive landscape in the DACH market
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue or performance goals.
  • Skills & Mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Innovative thinker who embraces experimentation and continuous improvement.
  • Language : Business proficiency in German and English (spoken and written).
