Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Corporate Events Specialist to join our European marketing team. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of corporate events — from international trade shows to internal meetings and client-facing activities — with the goal of enhancing Arctech’s brand presence in the solar industry.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong attention to detail and a creative mindset, who is eager to grow in the areas of event management and marketing within the renewable energy sector .

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and execute industry trade shows, corporate events, and internal gatherings.

Manage event logistics, from booth design and promotional materials to on-site coordination and vendor supervision.

Work closely with agencies, service providers, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

Ensure a consistent and high-impact brand presence at all events, with a focus on the photovoltaic sector.

Collaborate with the communications and marketing teams to align event messaging with overall brand strategy.

Track event KPIs and prepare post-event reports and improvement proposals.

Qualifications & Requirements

1+ years of experience in event planning and execution, ideally in the energy or technology sectors.

Interest in the photovoltaic industry and a strong desire to grow within it.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.

Fluent in English and Spanish ; Chinese is a strong plus .

Willingness to travel across Europe for event coordination and on-site support.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
