Overview The Travel and Events Support Specialist will be responsible for implementing and administering a new corporate travel management tool, ensuring operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate testing and adjustments during implementation.
Collaborate in developing user manuals and procedural guides.
Participate in meetings with vendors and internal teams to align objectives and resolve technical issues.
Current and New Travel & Expense Management Tool
Assist in the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance and cost optimization.
Provide first-level support to internal users of the travel and expense tool.
Resolve incidents and manage escalations with the IT support team when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications Technical Skills : Experience in first-level technical support and incident resolution.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and report generation.
Languages : Advanced level of English and Spanish; French is highly valued.
Education : Degree in Business Administration, Tourism & Events, or Communication & Marketing.
Interpersonal Skills : Effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving orientation, and strong attention to detail.
Software Knowledge : Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
