A Sales Professional is the face of our organization, providing memorable experiences and services in store. They play a central role on the sales floor, increasing boutique sales by working on their own key performance indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate will support colleagues and other team members in the boutique while maintaining omnichannel sales in mind to ensure the best client experience.

- Embodies the brand DNA and acts as a passionate ambassador in and outside the store, especially at events
- Achieves individual clienteling objectives, leveraging all available resources to build long-lasting personal connections with clients
- Ensures qualitative client data collection and leverages the data to address clients in a personally relevant way, capitalizing on opportunities to grow the business
- Communicates the brand story and DNA in an inspiring way, as well as advantages and technical details to build trust and long-lasting relationships
The successful candidate will be responsible for daily processes under supervision, including inventory management, cash handling, security, and store opening and closing procedures. They will also leverage tools such as CEGID and Salesforce to perform visual merchandising and coordinate aftersales operations.
HARD SKILLS
