Finance Specialist

European Finance (GL Accountant) Based in Madrid ASAP

Salary range : Annual salary of €35,000–€48,000 (including year-end bonus)

1. Over 0.5 years of experience in finance, internal control, or audit; experience in the logistics industry is preferred;

2. Proficient in both Chinese and English; proficiency in a third language is a plus;

3. Experience with financial systems; proficiency in Oracle is a plus; proficient in Excel and other MS Office software;

4. Experience working across departments, regions, or in multinational companies is a plus;

5. Familiarity with local accounting standards; relevant certifications are a plus;

6. In-depth understanding of business operations, and implementation of accounting solutions on the financial side;

7. Overseeing financial processing for related companies, ensuring compliance, and continuously improving the timeliness and accuracy of financial data;

8. Conducting in-depth data analysis to provide data support for operational management;

9. Responsible for coordinating financial system requirements, tracking technical and product implementation for financial automation, process optimization, and efficiency improvements;

10. Continuously promote process optimization, standardization, automation, and centralization, identify risks across the entire chain, and promote optimization.

Candidate Profile :

• Master's degree graduate from 2024 / 2025, majoring in finance or related fields;
