OneStream Specialist

Overview

The Global Financial & Systems Analyst plays a key role in managing and optimising the company’s Enterprise Performance Management system, OneStream. This role provides expert support to the global finance and controlling teams, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of financial information. The Analyst will be responsible for maintaining, administering, and continuously enhancing OneStream, driving improvements in reporting, financial processes, and management information to enable effective group steering and financial closings.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimise the company’s Enterprise Performance Management system (OneStream) and its integration with ERP and other source systems.
• Collaborate with master data and IT teams to ensure accurate data mapping, transformation rules, and system alignment.
• Design and implement system controls to improve data integrity and minimise errors.
• Partner with external consultants to develop new functionalities that support evolving business needs.
• Support and enhance the financial consolidation and rolling forecast processes.
• Provide training, documentation, and continuous knowledge sharing to the global Finance community.
• Drive improvements in reporting, dashboards, and overall Finance function efficiency at both group and local levels.
