Position Summary

Our national and international finance team is growing, and we're seeking a Junior Finance & Administration Specialist. This entry-level role reports directly to the Senior Finance Manager & Senior Controller, and will be crucial in supporting our daily financial and administrative operations. We're looking for a passionate candidate eager to learn and grow within our international restaurant group.

Location : Madrid, Spain

Reports to : Senior Finance Manager & Senior Controller

Experience Level : 0–2 years

Languages : English required; Italian or French is a plus.

Key Responsibilities Invoicing Process :

Issue and process incoming and outgoing supplier invoices.

Ensure accurate documentation and timely recording.

Support vendor management and liaise with suppliers as needed.

Payments & Cash Flow :

Assist in the preparation and control of payments.

Support weekly and monthly cash flow tracking and forecasting.

Accounting & Reconciliations :

Perform reconciliations and assist with month-end close tasks.
