Following the expansion of our activities, Axon’s Strategy Consulting team is looking for an experienced M&A Manager for our Madrid Office.

Your activities Individually leading transactions

Responsible for both originating and executing a variety of M&A deals.

Development of target and potential transactions.

Providing valuations and financial analysis through modelling.

Qualifications 4-6 years professional experience in M&A or Transactions Services.

Previous relevant exposure of the merger & acquisition life cycle (with either specific delivery, pre- or post-merger activity).

Autonomy to lead transactions.

Excellent communication skills (oral and writing).

High team leadership skill

Empathy and ability to be integrated in multicultural teams.

Advanced in English (C1-C2).

Numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.

If you speak other languages e.g. : Spanish or Arabic, that would be considered an advantage.

Interest for digital and technology sectors.
