Descripción del trabajoLanguage Proficiency : Fluency in Portuguese with excellent written and verbal communication skills. English Language Skills : Strong English language proficiency (written and spoken). Customer Focus : A genuine passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer service. Empathy : The ability to understand and respond to customer needs with empathy and compassion. Organisational Skills : Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Problem-Solving : A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to finding innovative solutions. Start Date : October 2025 Hours : 39 hours / week Work Schedule : Monday to Friday - 9 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm Salary : €18,095 gross per year Holidays : 24 working holidays / 2 accrued days per month Work Model : Hybrid (6 days per month at the office) Training : Monday to Friday - 9 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm - 3 weeks of training Office Location : Barcelona (La Sagrera) Career Growth : Ongoing training and development.
