• An opportunity for Compensation & Benefits HR Specialist has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe (Madrid).RESPONSIBILITIESMonitor current company's benefits, implement and apply benefits policies (i.e. company car, health and life insurance).Manage the existing supliers and external advisors and search additional suppliers if needed.Manage and control invoicing processes and administratives internal C&B processesProvide advice to HRBPs and business on compensation and benefits processes and policies.Provide on demand C&B analisis for specific topics.
