Fullstack Tech Lead – AI Focused

We’re looking for a Fullstack Tech Lead / Manager with strong technical leadership, a passion for AI integrations , and a deep interest in product-driven development. In this role, you’ll take ownership of key technical decisions, lead a small team, and play a pivotal role in building the foundations of the Workfully platform — bringing cutting-edge AI into the recruiting experience.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead the design and development of platform features from concept to deployment
• Drive the integration of AI tools into the product (e. g. Bedrock, LLMs, or vector-based search)
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to bring ideas to life
• Mentor and guide engineers, setting high standards for code quality and architecture
• Contribute hands-on as a senior engineer while scaling technical capabilities
• Ensure robust observability, scalability, and system performance
• Champion CI / CD practices, test automation, and continuous improvement
