Cross-functional leadership across product, design, engineering, data, and growth. Evidence of creativity and innovation — you’ve built, scaled, or transformed products into market successes. A passion for consumer apps and applied AI. Founder or entrepreneurial experience, having built or scaled your own product. Interest in user psychology, especially around creativity, confidence, or self-expression. A track record of building category-defining products that challenge conventions. Overview
Intro : Retake is seeking a Lead Product Manager to scale Retake into its next chapter, aiming for $200M+ ARR and defining the category. This is a flagship product role inside Codeway’s consumer app group, backed by AI talent and a strong growth engine with cross-functional authority to shape the future of Retake.
The Role
As Lead Product Manager, you’ll be the directly responsible person for Retake’s success — shaping its vision, strategy, and execution with full authority over the product roadmap. You’ll sit at the intersection of AI innovation, user experience, and consumer growth, leading a product that already touches tens of millions but has the runway to reach hundreds of millions.
What You’ll Do
- Own the product strategy, vision, and execution for Retake.
- Inspire a 10+ person product tribe (PMs, designers, content, devs).
- Collaborate with world-class AI engineers, growth marketers, and designers to deliver breakthrough user experiences.
- Drive experimentation and consumer insights to maximize retention and LTV.
- Champion Retake’s vision to the broader company, leadership, and industry.
- Report directly to the General Manager, Codeway Barcelona, with exposure to the Board and C-suite.
