Director AI Applications

The Director of AI Applications at Openchip will drive the adoption of our AI technologies in real-world industries such as healthcare, cybersecurity, and robotics. This role involves collaborating with partners and customers to develop tailored AI applications while leveraging state-of-the-art AI frameworks. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in LLM fine-tuning, AI workflow automation, and high-performance computing applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the development of AI-powered applications across industries such as healthcare, cybersecurity, robotics, and HPC.
• Collaborate with customers and partners to design and implement domain-specific AI solutions leveraging Openchip’s technology.
• Spearhead AI fine-tuning initiatives, working with large language models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
• Build AI agentic workflows utilizing cutting-edge frameworks such as LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) methodologies.
• Define strategies for AI application scalability, deployment, and optimization on Openchip hardware.
• Bridge AI research and real-world application development, ensuring business value through AI innovation.
• Establish partnerships with academia, industry leaders, and research institutions to enhance Openchip’s AI capabilities.
• You will be reporting to the Chief AI & Software Systems Officer within Openchip.
