Human Resources Generalist
The role of Human Resources Generalist is to serve as a local HR partner, working closely with the European Human Resources team. This position covers a wide range of responsibilities including recruitment, HR Shared Services, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and other HR initiatives to support daily operations and long-term growth.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Spain and Portugal, including job scoping, candidate sourcing, interviews, and hiring.
Support HR Shared Services including employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and employee records management.
Act as a trusted partner for employee relations handling inquiries, contract management, and workplace issues in compliance with Spanish labor law.
Assist with performance management processes such as goal setting, evaluations, and talent reviews.
Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to support employee growth and engagement.
Implement and localize HR policies and processes aligned with regional HR strategy.
Provide HR data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
Contribute to employee engagement, culture building, and HR initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
1-3 years of HR-related experience preferably in multinational or fast-paced environments.
Solid knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR practices.
Strong communication skills in Spanish and English both written and spoken.
Self-motivated proactive with strong accountability and team spirit.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Cross-cultural adaptability and willingness to learn continuously.
