HEAD OF E-COMMERCE Define, plan, and oversee the implementation of the global e-commerce strategy, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision and objectives. Lead and coordinate the e-commerce team to optimize product selection, merchandising, digital marketing, and performance metrics across all international markets.

Key Responsibilities : Define and manage the seasonal commercial strategy for the e-commerce channel, adapting product selection and merchandising to each market.

Lead the e-commerce team, including product managers and digital marketing specialists, to achieve business goals and ensure cross-departmental alignment.

Oversee stock planning, rollout strategies, and collection updates to guarantee optimal inventory levels and maximize sales.

Ensure the creation and delivery of high-quality product content, including graphics, descriptions, translations, and campaign assets.

Collaborate with teams in Image, Marketing, and Logistics for seamless execution of online strategies.

Develop and supervise digital marketing and communication plans, including web, social media, and promotional campaigns.

Analyze web performance metrics and customer behavior to refine strategies and improve KPIs such as conversion rates and average order value.

Stay updated on fashion trends, e-commerce innovations, and digital tools to maintain industry leadership.

Academic Background : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields. A Master’s in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Commercial Management is preferred, especially with a focus on fashion companies.

Skills and Knowledge : Proficiency in Spanish and English (high level). Strong expertise in fashion, trends, and retail. Excellent commercial acumen, leadership, and team management skills. Advanced analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and CRO platforms are highly regarded.
