This position is onsite and based in Barcelona (Spain) .

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute influencer marketing activation for the Italian market aligned with the company strategy and objectives;
• Research and identify key influencers and digital personalities across social media platforms;
• Build strong working relationships with our current ambassador portfolio and new onboarding. Serve as a day-to-day contact to ensure that every Influencer has an amazing experience;
• Negotiate with talents / influencer agencies;
• Analyse and track monthly influencer partnerships, ensuring KPIs are achieved and requirements are met;
• Collaborate efficiently with internal teams to achieve monthly KPI goals.
