Overview Position : Dutch Customer Service Sales Representative
Location : Barcelona Spain

Responsibilities Contact potential clients using various channels (phone, email)
Manage inbound calls and ensure quarterly quota is reached
Respond to inbound emails in timely and accurate manner
Place outbound calls when required
Quote creation and follow up
Use upselling / cross-selling techniques to maximise revenue
Stay up to date with active promotions and campaigns to maximise their success
Ensure personal knowledge of the portfolio is maintained
Track stock availability
Cross-language backup if needed
Answer and deal with customer post-sales requests
Solve status queries
Requirements Native / fluent in Dutch both oral and written. Fluent in English
Minimum of 1-year relevant experience
Comfortable communicating using various channels (telephone, email)
Knowledge of sales techniques (up- / cross-selling, objection handling etc.)
Computer literate with solid IT knowledge and technical understanding
Strong personal interest and curiosity in IT products and applications
Outstanding communication with ability to emphasise, negotiate and persuade
Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
Exceptional customer facing and customer care skills
Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely manner
Ability to work independently while being a team player at the same time
