We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Professional to join our team.
Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting payroll deliveries as per agreed processing calendars and KPIs. You will use your expertise to advise clients on queries and ensure a good understanding of country-specific legislation.
You will also be responsible for ensuring data management is performed accurately and on time, responding to tickets and calls within SLA timescales, and following detailed working instructions while highlighting any gaps or inconsistencies in the documentation.
Additionally, you will need to be proficient in using systems and tools, complete SOC controls on time with necessary evidence, report system issues / defects correctly, and highlight deviations from standard scope of service to the Service Manager.
You must have the ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information, successfully complete all learning objectives, record time accurately, adhere to STRADA Security Standards, and contribute to team meetings while raising any issues immediately to your Service Manager.
