Descripción del trabajoIngeniería con un mínimo de cinco años de experiencia en diseño y gestión de productos en la industria del deporte, preferiblemente ciclismo. Experiencia sólida en análisis de mercado y una probada capacidad para identificar oportunidades de negocio. Conocimiento amplio y profundo del mundo del ciclismo, abarcando preferiblemente diversas categorías. Dominio experto del diseño de productos / soluciones centrados en el usuario. Conocimientos mecánicos y estructurales de distintos materiales y sus procesos productivos. Imprescindible un nivel alto de inglés . Se valorará positivamente el conocimiento de euskera, francés, alemán y / o italiano. Visión estratégica : Dominio en la concepción y gestión de familias de productos diferenciadas y competitivas, alineadas con nuestra estrategia y la identidad de marca. Liderazgo inspirador : Capacidad demostrada para liderar equipos multidisciplinares. Negociación efectiva : Habilidad excepcional para negociar con proveedores externos y colaboradores internos. Comunicación brillante : Excelente capacidad de comunicación y experiencia probada en presentaciones de alto impacto. Designing and implementing the product strategy, integrating the specific needs of each category. Creating detailed product requirement documents and leading the development of new products. Maintaining and strengthening our product portfolio, ensuring our models and specifications remain competitive, up to date, and coherent. An Engineering degree with at least five years of experience in product design and management within the sports industry, preferably cycling. Strong background in market analysis and proven ability to identify business opportunities. Broad and deep knowledge of the cycling world, ideally across multiple categories. Expertise in user-centered product / solution design. Solid mechanical and structural knowledge of different materials and their production processes. High level of English required . Knowledge of Basque, French, German, and / or Italian will be considered a plus. Strategic vision : Mastery in conceiving and managing differentiated, competitive product families aligned with our brand strategy and identity. Inspirational leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams. Effective negotiation : Exceptional skill in negotiating with external suppliers and internal stakeholders. Outstanding communication : Excellent communication skills and proven experience delivering high-impact presentations. - Diseñar e implementar la estrategia de producto, integrando las necesidades específicas de cada categoría.
- Generar cuadernos de carga detallados y liderar el desarrollo de nuevos productos.
- Mantener y consolidar nuestra propuesta de modelos y especificaciones, asegurando un portfolio de productos actualizado, competitivo y coherente.
