Overview
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the Order Lifecycle domain of our marketplace. Your responsibilities include managing the end-to-end flow of orders from order placement to delivery completion, ensuring a seamless and reliable experience for customers and sellers. This includes ownership of the order state machine, buyer order history, customer emails, communication flows with sellers and seller account health.
Responsibilities
- Practical experience as a Product Manager for an agile development team (5+ years of experience) ideally in a marketplace domain.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills — able to define meaningful metrics and use data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Ability to define a product vision, strategic roadmap, and align them with both business objectives and customer expectations.
- Knowledge about marketplace operations and logistics service providers is a definite plus.
- Must have European work Visa.
