Job Title

A key role in managing various aspects of payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for employees.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage payroll calculations and process payroll using ADP software to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate salary payments, fostering a strong partnership.
• Administer vacation and leave policies to ensure correct payroll calculations and lawful execution.
• Maintain proper documentation and archive employment contracts for easy reference and compliance.
• Handle social security and pension contributions in accordance with local legal requirements.
• Manage relationships with payroll, benefits, and pension service providers to ensure high-quality service and cost efficiency.
• Analyse market trends in compensation and benefits, support the development and implementation of internal policies, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain payroll and leave-related HRIS records, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data.
• Monitor changes in labour regulations, review internal policies for compliance, and drive necessary adjustments or improvement projects to ensure legal adherence.
• Provide payroll and benefits-related reporting and analytical support to assist in decision-making.
