Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop business and build up distribution network based on company strategy and reach the sales target in Spain, as well as in other European countries of the territory;
  • Manage sales projects and control the selling process;
  • Prepare and negotiate sales contracts and agreements;
  • Maintain and improve relationships with partners and customers;
  • Participate in public events and fairs to promote GRG brand and products;
  • Provide foresight recommendations for future development, such as new market development and new product design;
  • Collect and analyze market and customer requirements, competitors’ information, etc.

Qualification Requirements :

  • At least 5 years of sales experience in Software / Integrated Solution, Intelligent Hardware, banking self-service terminal sales, ATM sales, and / or bank IT-related experience preferred;
  • Extensive experience in direct and channel sales, and customer relationship development & management;
  • Strong negotiation skills, aggressive sales spirit, and proactive approach;
  • Ability to work under pressure and self-motivated;
  • Willingness to travel as required;
  • No military obligation for male candidates (or obligation should be postponed for two years);
  • Based in Madrid, Barcelona, or other locations accepted by GRGBanking;
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus;
  • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
