Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Channel Manager to lead sales through various channels, maximizing business opportunities through effective collaboration with key partners. This role requires the ability to identify new business opportunities, develop joint sales strategies, and execute action plans to increase sales opportunities and market reach through partners. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent communication skills, and experience managing CRM and / or ERP systems.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify Business Opportunities : Work closely with partners to develop joint sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop Action Plans : Execute action plans to increase sales opportunities and market reach through partners.
  • Resolve Conflicts : Quickly resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise, ensuring the satisfaction of both partners and end customers.
  • Facilitate Onboarding : Facilitate the pre-onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they fully understand the company''s products, services, and processes.
  • Coordinate Events : Organize and coordinate events, webinars, and sales talks alongside partners to promote the company''s products and services.
  • Collaborate with VARs : Identify collaboration opportunities with VARs to generate new revenue streams and strengthen market presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor''s Degree : Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or related fields.
  • Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience with channels in SaaS solutions, preferably in Channel. Additionally, minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Enterprise sales.
  • Certifications : Experience managing CRM and / or ERP systems. Knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
  • Language Skills : Proficiency in English and Spanish is essential; Italian is a plus.
  • Soft Skills : Ability to work independently, show initiative, manage time, and prioritize activities effectively under pressure.
  • Desirable : Advanced / Fluent language proficiency in Italian.
