Job Overview Partnership Director for Europe at Hostinger. You will empower a high-performing team to achieve financial KPIs through streamlined processes, knowledge sharing, strategic vision, and performance marketing expertise. You will contribute to growth by scaling new partnerships in emerging markets, supported by a substantial budget and company knowledge.
What You Will Do Lead, mentor, and provide continuous feedback for a team of professionals
Identify, recruit, and engage potential partners : influencers and affiliates
Build and systematically manage a pipeline of new partnerships
Conduct negotiations internally and externally to materialize high-impact deals
Nurture existing partner relationships to deepen partnerships, enable growth, and increase sales
Run and monitor partners\' marketing campaigns
Collaborate with product heads to identify business opportunities in markets
Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Measure, analyze, and optimize performance
Report on goals, progress, forecasts, results, and challenges
Leverage data to drive actionable decisions for business growth
What We Expect Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in fast-paced environments
Proven experience in digital performance marketing
Proven experience in partnership management (influencer, affiliate marketing)
Sharp sales and analytical skills, with proficiency in web and data analytics tools
Attention to detail with proactiveness
Excellent spoken and written English
Experience with international tech / digital products is a plus
