The platform integrates academic, administrative, and financial management, digital learning, staff management, and family communication, supporting the digital transformation of education.## ## Role Overview : We are seeking a Head of Product Management to lead the strategic vision, evolution, and execution of Clickedu as our core product. Reporting directly to the Head of Clickedu, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the product strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market needs, and technological trends. This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving the growth and transformation of Clickedu, guiding product strategy, defining the roadmap, collaborating closely with technology and customer success teams, and maximizing value for schools, teachers, students, and families.## ## Key Responsibilities : ### ###
- 1. Strategic Vision & Roadmap
- Develop and communicate a medium- and long-term platform vision for Clickedu, anticipating educational and technological trends.
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap, aligning initiatives with business goals and user needs.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and growth, including the integration of new technologies (AI, advanced analytics, interoperability).###
- 2. User Experience Leadership
- Own and champion the end-to-end user experience for all Clickedu user profiles (school management, teachers, families, students).
- Gather and analyze user feedback and data to drive continuous improvement in usability, accessibility, and satisfaction.
- Ensure a consistent, intuitive, and high-quality user experience is embedded in the product strategy and roadmap.###
- 3. Cross-functional Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and develop the Product Management and Product Owner teams, fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
- Collaborate closely with the TECH / Product Engineering area to ensure technical feasibility, quality, and timely delivery of product initiatives.
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive adoption, satisfaction, and customer growth.###
- 4. Stakeholder Management & External Representation
- Manage relationships with key external stakeholders : schools, educational authorities, technology partners, and regulators.
- Represent Clickedu at industry events, conferences, and educational innovation forums.###
- 5. Execution & Business Impact
- Oversee the full product lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
- Define and monitor product KPIs, ensuring impact on business results (retention, expansion, revenue).
- Communicate progress, results, and strategy to senior management and the wider organization.## ## Requirements : ###

- Required :
- University degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, including at least 2 years leading teams.
- Advanced proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Productboard).
- Advanced English skills (minimum upper-intermediate level, B2+).### ###
- Preferred / Nice to Have :
- Experience in EdTech or management software.
- Master’s degree or MBA.### ###
