Your Mission

As Head of Product Marketing & CRM , you will be the conductor of user engagement : from onboarding to long‑term retention, through the adoption of key features. Working closely with Product, Design, and Data teams, you will craft and lead an activation and usage strategy aimed at transforming a registered user into an active, loyal, and even ambassador user. You will also ensure your team shines internally, with clear alignment on priorities and success indicators across stakeholders.

Product Positioning & Usage Strategy

• Define a usage‑oriented product communication strategy : what benefits, for which segments, and at what moment.
• Build compelling messaging and storytelling around features and use cases.
• Adapt positioning based on user insights, behavioral data, and lifecycle stage.
