Director, Product Management - Monopoly GO!

Scopely is looking for a Director , Product Management to join our Monopoly GO! team in Barcelona (Spain) on a hybrid basis!

We are seeking a Director of Product, Lifecycle to drive the strategy and execution of lifecycle initiatives across Monopoly GO!. This role will focus on audience growth by delivering more impactful player experiences across every stage of the journey — from focused onboarding to long-term re-engagement.

You will own the roadmap for lifecycle features and systems, identifying inflection points, embedding lifecycle considerations into product strategy, and building adaptable capabilities that scale. This is a high-impact leadership role that requires strong collaboration across Analytics, Economy, Marketing,User Aquisition, and Performance / LiveOps to ensure we maximize player retention.

What You Will Do

  • Establish a clear lifecycle vision and roadmap, aligned with the broader Monopoly GO! strategy
  • Identify inflection points in the player journey (onboarding, regularity, re-engagement) to refresh and optimize player experiences
  • Own the end-to-end feature development process for lifecycle systems, from concept through launch and long-term iteration
  • Launch features that directly address gaps and opportunities in the player lifecycle, ensuring scalability and adaptability across segments
  • Integrate core system improvements and manage tech debt paydowns to lay strong foundations for future growth
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging, rewarding experiences that foster retention, re-engagement, and monetization
  • Leverage data, research, and behavioral insights to continuously refine lifecycle design and impact
  • Define and manage KPIs including DAU, WAU, retention, regularity, and habituation
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of lifecycle product managers
  • Create alignment across teams by articulating the “why” behind lifecycle initiatives and inspiring collaboration across verticals

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years in product leadership roles, preferably in F2P mobile casual games or consumer-facing live services
  • 3+ years leading and developing product teams
  • Proven ability to design and optimize lifecycle systems (FTUE, RTUE, retention loops, re-engagement strategies)
  • Strong quantitative skills : capable of framing product hypotheses, leveraging analytics, and translating data into action
  • Track record of elevating product KPIs, particularly retention and engagement
  • Highly collaborative with experience working across analytics, economy, engineering, UX / UI, and live operations
  • Skilled at prioritizing high-impact initiatives, understanding tradeoffs, and driving outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills — able to clearly articulate the product vision, rationale, and impact
  • Entrepreneurial, outcome-driven, and passionate about creating compelling player experiences
  • A deep understanding of behavioral economics, player motivation, and product lifecycle management
