Responsibilities Showcase new properties to potential buyers

Negotiate and finalize real estate transactions

Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying / selling process

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

Stay updated on real estate market trends and property values

Attend property viewings and inspections

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and goals

Qualifications Fluency in German and English languages

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent negotiation and sales skills

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Previous experience in real estate sales is a plus

Familiarity with the real estate market in Costa del Sol
