This role is ideal for motivated agents with real estate sales experience who want full back-office support, access to international leads, and high earning potential in the new build segment.

What You'll Be Doing

Guide international clients through the property purchase process

Conduct both virtual and in-person property viewings

Negotiate and close sales

Stay up to date with local market trends and new developments

Requirements

Fluency in Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, or a Scandinavian language (plus English)

Minimum 1 year of real estate or strong sales experience

Based in the Costa del Sol region

Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
