Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of Spanish and English, both spoken and written. Strong negotiation skills. Client-oriented with outstanding interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while being an excellent team player, with a proactive attitude and exceptional organizational skills. Proficiency in Office / Google Drive tools.

We are currently seeking a passionate and highly motivated Real Estate Advisor to join our team in Marbella (Costa del Sol).
Responsibilities
- Manage the full business cycle, from property acquisition to closing deals.
- Provide expert advice to property owners and buyers.
- Conduct detailed market analyses to determine property values.
- Carry out marketing activities in the target area (networking events, farming, leafleting, local events). Coordinate and conduct property viewings.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulatory changes, and new business opportunities.
- Follow Engel & Völkers’ training and development methodology.
- Handle all documentation and procedures required for transactions.
- Keep the CRM up to date, manage appointments, marketing activities, and client follow-ups.
- Apply internal procedures regarding anti-money laundering and personal data protection.
