IT Systems Specialist

Overview

We are seeking an IT Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have high energy and drive to make a difference, some years of work experience in similar positions, proficiency in MS Office applications, and good understanding of CRM / ERP systems.

Responsibilities

The IT Professional will be responsible for cooperating with the central IT team in development, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure, participating and leading local development of IT systems and other technical projects, providing technical support for IT systems to users and reporting incidents / requests to the central service desk, and setting up and updating local IT procedures according to company policies and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications and good understanding of CRM / ERP systems
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with colleagues and users
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and lead local development projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve technical issues
• Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal
