Overview

We are seeking a skilled System Monitoring Professional to monitor and maintain our IT platforms, applications, and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have experience in system monitoring and management, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

About the Role :

• System Monitoring : Utilize advanced monitoring tools to track performance, availability, and health of IT systems.
• Reporting and Alerts : Respond promptly to alerts or alarms generated by monitoring systems, analyze system data and metrics to identify trends or anomalies, and generate reports on platform health for stakeholders.
• Incident Detection and Escalation : Identify and log incidents, capturing relevant details, escalate unresolved issues to technical teams based on severity and impact, and collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve incidents within set SLAs.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, able to work independently, and has strong analytical skills.
