We're building a platform where people in Spain and beyond can easily discover, invest, and navigate the world of crypto — with a design, tone, and product that feel local and trustworthy.Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for a creative and digitally fluent Social Media Content Creator to shape Venga's presence on social — especially on X (Twitter) and short-form video platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels. You'll be part of our small, collaborative marketing team, helping us grow our brand, connect with crypto-curious users, and spark conversation across the country — especially in Catalunya. You don't need a huge following or agency experience — we're looking for someone smart, fast, and creative, who understands culture and knows how to make content that clicks.This is a role for someone who loves social media, lives on trends, and wants to build something new from the ground up.What You'll Be DoingCreate Content That Resonates- Make daily and weekly content for Twitter / X, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.- Write punchy tweets and captions, come up with ideas for fun or educational short-form videos, and film or edit content that feels native to each platform.- Be part of the face and voice of Venga on social — from memes and explainers to behind-the-scenes and reactive moments.Stay Ahead of the Curve- Keep your finger on the pulse of Gen Z and Millennial trends — especially in Catalunya and Spain.- Spot formats, sounds, and meme trends early — and find creative ways to adapt them to our voice.Bring Local Culture to Life- Create content that feels real and relevant for people in Catalunya — whether they're in small towns or big cities.- Help us build a brand voice that speaks to local values, humor, and current conversations (in Catalan and Spanish).Collaborate and Grow- Work with the marketing team on content calendars, brand campaigns, and experiments.- Help shape our tone and visual identity on social.- Track what's working and suggest new ideas we should try.Who You Are & What You'll Need- You're fluent in Catalan, Spanish (Castellano), and professional level of English.- You love social media and understand how to speak in-platform (especially on Twitter / X, TikTok, and Instagram).- You're confident and natural on camera, and you know how to film and edit short-form content using tools like CapCut, InShot, or native app editors.- You know what's trending and why — not just in Barcelona, but across Catalonia and Spain.- You can write with clarity, humor, and personality — and adjust your tone depending on who you're speaking to.- You're curious about crypto and open to learning as you go.- You like working independently, thinking on your feet, and being part of a small, ambitious team.Nice to Have…- Experience creating content for your own profile or another brand (we'd love to see your work).- Interest in or familiarity with crypto, fintech, or digital money — or a strong desire to learn.- A good sense of visual aesthetics, photography, or design.- Understanding of social metrics, platform algorithms, and content performance basics.What we offer- Full-time contractor agreement.- Own-your-time company culture – manage your daily schedule around core collaboration hours.- Mandatory office days : Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, 10 : 00–16 : 00.- A sunny office in Barcelona, less than 50 meters from the beach.- Brand new MacBook and iPhone.- 25 vacation days (more than the Spanish norm).- Exciting work in a dynamic, international, fast-growing crypto startup.
